At Designing Timeless, our vision is to create beautiful, functional spaces that enhance our clients' quality of life while making sure it is a design that will last for years to come. We noticed that current remodeling TV shows were quick to design the latest trends and materials that would go out of style quick. We wanted to share our knowledge and expertise to clients who wanted a design that will last for years and be Timeless.
ABOUT US
Alyssa and Goran are a couple who work side-by-side and are the Owners and principal designers of Designing Timeless, located in Northwest Indiana. They both have years of experience in the remodeling industry.
Alyssa is the main point of contact and provides the latest space planning designs, creates visual mood boards, along with generating consultation reports.
Goran possesses years of construction and project management experience along with the ability to deliver a diverse contractor network within your area.
OUR SERVICES
INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION - $300
This includes a 2-hour consultation. All projects must include an 'Initial Design Consultation.' We will walk you through your desired space and discuss as much as you need within the time frame.
We will get to know you, determine how to use the space, find your style, and know your specific needs.
We will provide our expert recommendations as well as providing our diverse contractor network for numerous projects.
After the consultation, you will receive a concept proposal for the total design project.
FULL-SERVICE DESIGN - $100/HOUR
After the 'Initial Design Consultation,' we can offer our expertise hourly.
You can purchase our time in blocks as well.
This can include renovation & remodels, new builds, furniture & decor recommendations, working with your architect, working with your contractors, material shopping, virtual visits, or additional walkthroughs as your project advances.

This is a 2-hour on-site or virtual tour conducted after a provided questionnaire is completed. This is to gain understanding of the design and functionality goals.

This is where we collect the fine details and itemize the services needed to complete the project. A Design Proposal Fee & Contract form will be developed.

This is when we collect all dimensions of the site project, establish goals, finalize budget, create and share a physical mood board, create 2D/3D plans and provide samples.

This is where ideas are converted into concepts. A presentation is conducted to show the final design, feedback collected, and final updates made.

This is when ordering takes place, booking jobs for contractors, specs of materials and finishes put into place, and a job book created for estimates.

This is an optional phase but the most fun phase! This is the placement of furnishings and styling decor, a big reveal, party for family and friends, and professional photography takes place.
